I hereby grant the Center for Jewish Philanthropy of Greater Phoenix (CJP), its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property with the purpose of promoting its programs. I grant the CJP, its assigns and transferees’ permission to copyright, use, and publish the images in print, web and/or electronically.
I agree that the CJP may use the photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, social media, advertising, and promotional print and web content.
