The Center for Jewish Philanthropy of Greater Phoenix (CJP) is the new name from the integration of the Jewish Community Foundation (JCF) and the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix.

This verification form must be completed by a representative of the Israel program in order for the applicant to be considered for funding. All documents and answers must be submitted in English. If initial documents submitted do not reflect the meeting of funding criteria, a request for additional documents will be made.

The Harold & Jean Grossman Teen Israel Experience Incentive Grant Fund was made possible through a generous endowment established by Harold (z"l) & Jean (z"l) Grossman to encourage Jewish teens to participate in Israel experience programming.

In order for the participants to receive funding toward an Israel Experience, it is required that the program include ALL of the following elements to ensure participants can learn and experience what Israel is about:

Countrywide excursions and tours overseen by the program/trip provider

Lectures, discussions regarding the history of Israel and contemporary issues facing the country.
